Patrick Gatonga, Group CEO and Board Director at AAR Insurance Holdings is an experienced leader who is passionate about business transformations, innovation, talent development, and creating sustainable organizations. With extensive experience across Africa and the Middle East, he has held positions such as CEO of Jubilee Health Insurance in Kenya, Board Director at Jubilee Insurance (Uganda and Tanzania), and Commercial Executive at Old Mutual.
Patrick is a certified Executive Coach, a member of the UK Academy of Executive Coaching, and holds memberships in various professional associations. He holds a medical degree, a Bachelor of Science Degree (First Class Honours), and an MBA. Patrick also enjoys family time, traveling, golfing, and music. He holds a Grade 8 piano certificate from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (London).
