We currently serve over 200,000 customers in Kenya alone, with the aim to grow our market through digital innovation while leveraging opportunities in underserved segments, such as SMEs and micro insurance.
As the insurance industry goes digital, we are adapting and ensuring our products and services meet customer expectations in a rapidly evolving world. We recently launched a cloud infrastructure in a move to become a fully digital insurance company and are working with strategic partners to improve the efficiency of our claims management.
To ensure the best customer experience, we’ve simplified access to our services through our AAR Insurance Mobile App and online interactive portals. We are also expanding our presence in counties across Kenya.
